Before I get into the policies, I want to walk you through the process of your appointment so you know what to expect. When you come in, you are greeted and a brief consultation is had. I dry cut hair, so right after our consultation we go straight into the haircut. We wash, style and dry and then the haircut is adjusted if needed. If you are getting a color service, we jump straight into that after the hair cut. A toner will be applied if necessary, and then we proceed with the styling and drying.

Prior to booking a color service, a consultation must be booked. If a consultation is not had, your appointment will be rescheduled.

For your haircut appointments, come with your hair loose and in it’s natural state. Sleek buns/pony tails, braid outs/twist outs, straighten hair (or anything that is not your natural texture) will result in your appointment being done in reverse. So please be advised that this may result in an inaccurate hair cut.

If there is something you are unhappy or dissatisfied with, please reach out within a week for adjustments to be scheduled.

For birth chart readings, I will focus on your big 3 and Venus placements. In this process, we will dive deep into these placements via email. Please allow up to two days for a full report to be emailed back to you.
